The 50,000-square-foot casino has a variety of fast-paced action, with 42 single-deck blackjack tables, slots galore, plus a large race and sports book. Caribbean stud and Pai Gow poker, Mini Baccarat, roulette, craps, race and sports books and Keno also are on hand, among many other gaming diversions.

The 366-room hotel has a pool area on the 25th floor with a view of downtown and the Strip. There are two free shows: the Fremont Street Experience, right outside the door; and Honky Tonk Cowgirls, who sing Western tunes four times a night in the casino. In Benny's Bullpen, comedian Vinnie Favorito performs five nights a week.

It's worth noting that one of the best inexpensive late-night steak dinners can be had at Binion's. Good steak is a Binion's tradition, whether it's the Ranch Steakhouse, a stylish penthouse restaurant on the 24th floor with a great view of the Las Vegas skyline, or the late-night steak-and-eggs special in the Original Coffee Shop.
